How to Purchase from Aadarsh - A Guide

Who Buys from Aadarsh

Aadarsh supplies three categories of commodities — rice, sugar, and cooking oil — to trade buyers across the UAE and GCC. The buyer profile covers:

Wholesale distributors who supply retail stores, independent groceries, and smaller HORECA operators across one or more UAE Emirates.

Hypermarket and supermarket buyers are responsible for procurement across their rice, sugar, and oil categories.

HORECA operators — hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional kitchens — sourcing commodity staples for large-scale food preparation.

Institutional buyers, including schools, hospitals, labour accommodations, and corporate catering facilities, have consistent, high-volume requirements.

GCC importers sourcing UAE-compliant commodities for distribution across Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or Bahrain.

If you fall into any of these categories, Aadarsh is built to serve you.

Pricing and Minimum Order Quantities

Aadarsh operates on volume-based pricing. Trade pricing is confirmed at the point of onboarding and reflects the buyer's channel, order frequency, and volume requirements.

Minimum order quantities vary by product and pack format. These are confirmed during the initial onboarding call and are designed to be workable for mid-size distributors as well as large-volume buyers.

Aadarsh does not publish retail pricing on this website. All pricing enquiries are handled directly by the trade team and responded to within two hours.

Documentation

Every order from Aadarsh is supplied with the following as standard:

Certificate of Analysis (COA) — per batch, confirming grade, moisture, purity, and other quality parameters.

Halal certification — for every product and every brand. Certificates are available for download through your Account Manager at any time.

Country of origin documentation — as required for UAE customs and GCC import compliance.

Delivery documentation — dispatch confirmation, packing list, and invoice.

No documentation is issued on request after the delivery arrives. It travels with the shipment.

The Buying Process

Step 01 — Submit an RFQ or trade enquiry. Use the RFQ form on the Aadarsh website or contact the trade team directly on WhatsApp. Provide your company name, product requirements, approximate monthly volume, and preferred pack format. A trade manager responds within two hours.

Step 02 — Onboarding call. A thirty-minute call with a dedicated Account Manager to confirm product specifications, pricing, MOQs, credit terms, and delivery requirements. Most onboarding calls are completed within three business days of the initial enquiry.

Step 03 — Agreement and first order. A trade agreement is signed confirming pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions. The first order is placed and confirmed.

Step 04 — Delivery. Aadarsh manages delivery across all seven Emirates of the UAE. Standard lead times are confirmed at the point of order. All documentation travels with the shipment.

Step 05 — Ongoing supply. After the first successful delivery, a regular order cycle is established. Your dedicated account manager handles reorders, documentation requests, and any supply queries. One contact. One number.
